Quality assurance

Quality of the delivered products and growth of the satisfaction of its customers are important priorities for Bitumar in order to provide products and services which continually satisfy the expressed and implicit needs of its customers, Bitumar has identified the following goals associated with quality management:

  • Eliminate the number of nonconformities by undertaking adequate corrective and preventive actions;
  • Increase the company’s value by offering top-of-the-range products and services meeting the customers’ specific needs;
  • Emphasize development and research related to new performing products so as to fulfill market demands;
  • Persist in developing new strategies to improve the quality of its products and services.

In order to achieve these goals, Bitumar has created its own Quality Management System meeting the international standard ISO 9001:2000. The Management Team is committed to maintaining and developing its Quality Management System by being closely involved in the different decisions and actions undertaken.

As stated in our mission, Bitumar must produce products of quality generating value for our customers.
